Getting better

As most of you know, last weekend Cooper came down with the lovely cold that's going around. He is just now, today starting to really feel better. He's been smiling and playing and not coughing near as much.
My amazing mom came last Sunday to help out with Mr. Cooper. This week was a really bad week for me to miss work. However my little angel comes first of course. But luckily mom came and spent lots of great one on one time with Cooper. He LOVES his grandma. She was truly AMAZING! Not only did she take the best of the best care of my son, she daily did our laundry (I told her not to, she didn't listen), she cooked dinner and had it ready when the hubs and I got home. She was so wonderful to us in ways I can't even explain. I asked her to move in with us but she turned me down because I guess she has to get back to my dad. =)
Today I stayed home with my Coopy because I wanted him to be 100% before being around all the germs again. We had a great time today. He fell asleep on me this morning. He is such a cuddler. He just forms to me like silly puddy. I love holding him while he sleeps. I am noticing that Cooper is really starting to grow. He's not that tiny baby he once was.
My mom and I cleaned out his closet this week and put up some of his tiny baby clothes that were not put away the first time. Wow! They looked like doll clothes. He is truly growing up and its happening so fast. I am loving every tiny second of it!

That is too sweet. Aren't Mommas wonderful? Sounds like something my mom would do. My grandma used to come to our house for like a week and iron for my mom because she loved doing it so much. They are the sweetest!

And i'm glad your little man is feeling better :)

Do you think your mom would want to come to Louisiana for a few days:) Sounds like she was a big help! Glad Mr. Coop is feeling better and getting big. There is nothing sweeter than having your baby sleep on you. I love when Jackson falls asleep on me after nursing. He just melts:)

Thats awesome that your mom came over and helped.
I don't know what i would do if my parents didn't live next door to us, They are such a help to me whenever i need it.

Glad to hear that Cooper is feeling better. I wonder if something is in the air because both me and the younger boys just do not feel that good.

And i too have done the same thing with out grown baby clothes. Its crazy to me to think how small they once were. Such a bittersweet feeling.

Your mom sounds like my mom. I think we do not realize what love can really amount to until we become mothers. We also realize how much our moms loved us in that moment as well!
