35-1/2 weeks and a new diaper bag

I received the sweetest gift from my mom and SIL this weekend. I was at my Grandmas yesterday with my parents and my mom randomly pulls out this beautiful bag. Not just any bag but a bag that was handmade by my SIL's aunt just for Cooper. Its a diaper bag with his name sewn on it and all. Its the colors of his room and its so me its not even funny. I'm wild and loud and silly and the bag exudes all of these things. I LOVE IT! My mom said that they were afraid I wouldn't love it. But I totally do. How could I not. I can't wait to carry it when Cooper comes.
Here it is ladies!!!

They did such a great job, Her aunt is so talented. I think she should make and sell these but apparently she doesn't. Either way I feel so lucky to have one that she made for me.

Friday I went to see my doctor for my weekly appointment. I weigh the same. That's weird. I feel like I'm growing, maybe not allot but a little. And we all know that the baby is small for 35 weeks but doc N. said to us yesterday that he's eliminated all things that he thought could be wrong or could be causing the slow growth and he has decided that I'm just small. End of sentence. I'm small so the baby will be small. The baby looked good, he should be around 4lbs 13 ounces the doc said. Which is smaller than normal but he's so close to 5 pounds woohoo!!!
He looked great, no sign of giving birth anytime soon, which is fine by me. I have a feeling we are in this one for the long haul. I might just have to be induced. That's ok, that's more time for Cooper man to grow.

Please pray for our little one to stay healthy and to keep growing and for my body to be able to accommodate his growth. Apparently I'm the one slowing him down. Sorry sweet baby boy.
I've posted some pics below of me this week, one with my new diaper bag.

Random..... I have to say, Lately I've been getting that dang acid reflux more often. I'm not trying to complain, I'm just simply saying its annoying. I feel like I am going to throw up multiple times a day. Yuck. And its like liquid lava throw up (sorry that's gross I know). I must say I will be happy when that little symptom is gone after I have this guy. Other than that I'm truly feeling quite good.

Well I've showered for the day, watched hairspray (yes that's right, the musical) I love that movie, I can't help but sing as I get ready and have it on in the background.
Now I'm off to see the family. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe weekend :)

The diaper bag is great! I wish I could get away with having a small bag. The giant ones are never cute-just practical! That woman is talented! Why doesn't she sell this stuff on etsy or something??
You are looking wonderful as usual! You're doing a great job, I'm sure he'll grow to be a big boy!

What a cute bag! I know you will be proud to have it when Cooper gets here. We all know he is going to be the cutest little thing! As far as the reflux goes, did you tell your doctor for anything for that. I was unaware with my first that they have all these meds out there to fix that. Seriously, it's a life saver. I was waking up at night almost throwing up in my mouth and just dealing with it. Then once I started Zantac I slept through the night. With my third I had to switch to Pepcid and that did the trick then. Good luck these last couple of weeks.

You look great too, I can only pray I look like that at 35 1/2 weeks!

Almost 5 lbs! Yay! Love the diaper bag too! Would have named our first son, Cooper, but the dog came first...Great name choice :). He will be here soon!

**P.S. SIL got good news from her fertility Dr. visit. Had the dye test done and no blockages. Gonna wait a few months and we'll see what happens then go from there. She said thank you again for your story.

That diaper bag is adorable and I know you will think of them every time you use it!
I think you look fabulous too. Don't worry about not gaining weight...I didn't really gain weight near the end either...I don't think it's all that uncommon.

I love the Diaper Bag! It's similar to mine but much bigger!!!!!! I'm jealous!

As for the Acid Reflux, I have found that Papaya Enzyme cures it. It's super cheap at the vitamin store. You chew three and it's gone.... I can't say enough good things about it.

Ps. You are SOOO super cute. I would give anything to look like you do!

What a super cute diaper big! I looooove brown and blue together! You are one stylish Mama.

Dont feel badly about your body not giving him enough room. He is growing and that is what matters. Just wait until he is outside you. Im sure he will grow like a weed. :)

Love the diaper bag!!! My entire pregnancy the doctors kept telling us my baby was small for the week I was at. However, they came to the same conclusion...I was small so the baby was small. He was born at 7 lbs and is perfectly healthy.
