There are some new fun and upcoming projects I have lined up for myself. I decided that maybe I should list them all before I start that way it motivates me to actually do them. Last year we did a complete living room makeover. It took a while because we had to buy some items that were costly. However, this year I want to do a complete house makeover.
My only concern with this is that I barely have enough time to do anything extra with my time let alone redo room after room of my house. But I decided I'm doing it anyways.
So here is the list...
-New artwork in the living room (I have some fun and exciting ideas for this I can't share just yet)
-Repaint the living room, dining room, hallways, kitchen, guest bathroom, master bath and master bedroom.
-Do new picture grouping in hallway
-Redo bathroom decor
-Get a table and refinish it for the hall
-Take the wallpaper down in the nook (yes people there is wallpaper in there)
-Redo the kitchen table.
I'm so so so excited for all of this. I can't wait to get started. I just want to take time off of work and do it now. But I won't.
I will most definitely be sharing as I go.
Also I would like to mention that today is my super sweet hottie of a hubbies birthday. He's a younger man :) I'm two weeks older than he is and don't think I don't ever hear about it.
He is one amazing man and today is such a special day to celebrate him and all he is in my life.

Updated picture post
Here they are... My two little loves.
I take way to many pictures. Tons that look the same as a matter of a fact. So please understand that I will be sharing always overloads of pictures. Just sharing one is not me. I can't do that. So here they are, my pile of pics from the last month :)
Happy kids.

On a sad note, This past month we lost our dog. She is the first living thing my husband and I ever had together. She was our little Bailey Boo and we will miss her like crazy. She passed away in my arms from a heart attack and I'm going to be honest with you, it really messed me up seeing her die that way. I'm still having a hard time with it. We still have our beagle Annie and she has been dealing with the loss difficultly. She didn't eat for nearly two weeks, but is coming around now. We are showering Annie with lots of love and affection, but ever day when I get home from work Annie runs around the house searching for Bailey. It truly breaks my heart. She is definitely missed.
Here she is our sweet Bailey.
This is a pic I took with Bailey when she was probably only 2 years old. Loved her! Haha, just look at that face, how could you not.
A letter
I fully realized a few weeks ago, just how bad I've really let things get as far as keeping up on posting. When Cooper was a baby, I used my blog as a place to record all the special little tiny moments about his life. The silly faces he made one week, the cold he had the other week, the first time he looked at me and smiled. Anything and everything perfectly recorded by date and time. Fast forward to now. I've become that mom that hasn't even gotten a baby book for Blake yet. :( This breaks my heart to pieces. I don't ever post, I don't record her special moments weekly. I love looking back on Cooper's posts. I want to make sure and save a special post every week for Blake also. But I haven't. Now she's almost 3 months old and I'm realizing how much I've missed recording.
Better late than never right. I'm getting a baby book tomorrow when I go out.
I'm posting at least every two weeks about my kids. END OF STORY!
So this is a letter to my sweet Blake, letting her know some of those special nothings (but really they are everything to me) that she is doing and has done recently.
Dear Blakely,
I can't begin to tell you how special you are to me. You are growing before my eyes and I'm loving every new special trait that you are showing to us each day. Here are some of the things your doing. You smile, a big dimply smile. You love it when I talk to you all high pitch (very annoying to others but hey it makes you smile a huge smile so I don't care). You love to be told your a pretty girl :) You love your brother and you beam at him when he comes near you. You don't like to use your muscles much but that's OK, the doctor says you will and do have tons of muscle mass. You like to watch your big brothers fish tank that plays music, you just stare and smile when its on. Your fine as long as you can see daddy or I but if your in your swing and we leave the room its not good, tears start streaming. You are so so sweet, truly such a cuddler. Everyone thinks you are the most cuddly lump of love ever. You just form to people and hug them tight. You love bath time. You sleep in your bed every single night all night long. From about 10:30 to 5:30 or 6:00. You eat every 4 hours, 4 ounces with cereal in it. You very very rarely cry unless your hungry or hurt. You are honestly a very good little girl.
You and your brother both go to Mrs. Janet's house every day and they just love you. Mommy Misses you both like crazy. You wear size 3-6 months in clothes, size 1 in diapers and you sleep in a swaddle blanket. You have bright blue eyes for now and I'm hoping they stay just like your brothers did. Lately you've been sticking your tongue out and you will do this funny lick thing like your licking an ice cream cone but your not, your actually looking for your fists to lick. its so cute and funny. We crack up watching you. You clasp your hands together and then pull. That's funny also. You like to grab the toys that hang off of your play mat and you hold onto them while watching the light up toy above you.
We are having the time of our lives with you and thank God daily for bringing you to us.
You are so special Blakey!!!
Next I will update on both kids with a picture post. Blake will be 3 months next week and Cooper will be 23 months. I can't believe he's almost two.

Where have the weeks gone?
Time is flying by at an incredible rate these days.
I wish I were blogging more. I'm missing out on keeping a good log of all the special nights with my kids. All the funny things they say and do. I know that if I skip a week or two so many things fall through the cracks and I never record them.
We are all doing really good here at the Case household. We have been really busy. Me taking care of the two kids, keeping the house clean, baking and cooking constantly, hubby working like crazy, and the kids doing all sorts of things.
Cooper is getting bigger by the minute. Speaking like a big kid now. He is doing great with his little sis and he really does love having her around.
Cooper has been obsessed with cars lately. He talks about them when we're driving. He watches them out of our front window on the neighborhood street. He plays with them all the time. He tries to tell us what color they are, or who's car it looks like. He is so funny.
Blake is doing so good also. She is getting stronger and more personable each day. Smiling a big dimply smile at us all the time and sleeping constantly. This little girl loves her sleep. I'm not complaining. By the end of this week Cooper will be 22 months old and Blake will be 2 months old. Its crazy to me to see that time has flown by so fast.
I'm now back at work. I started back last week. It was hard, especially with two kids. I wasn't as emotional this time as I was with Cooper though. Maybe because I've had to drop one of my children off now for almost 2 years? I'm not sure if that's why but I managed to just tear up when my husband left to take her to his aunts on my first day back. No full on crying.
I was really proud of myself. She is doing great at her aunts and Cooper is doing good at his sitters still. I'm back to full time and everyone was so nice about having me back. It was nice to be missed :)
We are still working on sleep. Blake goes to bed around 11:00 and is up at around 5:30 every morning. I think that's pretty good. I would prefer she slept even longer hours at night but I'll take 5. It could be worst I know that.
I'll try to get a chance to post some new pics of the kids one night this week. I hope everyone is doing good :)

Happy 21 months sweet Cooper

Cooper today you are 21 months old. I can't believe how big you seem to be now that your a big brother. I've had a few days recently where I just sat back and felt almost sad realizing how fast you've grown. But no worries my sweet boy. Mommy still loves you more than you can imagine no matter what age you are. I loved every step so far and I plan to love every step to come.
You are talking constantly now. You can unlock and open doors in the house. Not a good thing! We had to get the door knob safety covers so you won't let yourself out when we are all asleep.
You sleep in a toddler bed and never get up or out of it every night and day during nap. You even slept in a twin big boy bed at grandma's all week last week. I was so proud of you.
You tell me when you poop or pee but I'm not starting potty training for at least a few more months. Either way you know when you go.
You love being a helper, doing laundry with me. You also love to go places. You point out all the "go go's" you even recognize people's cars now.
You love to play with your cars and trucks, with your four wheeler. You love to eat your breakfast bars and bananas. You are soooo polite. People comment on it constantly. You hug all the time, kiss when you want to. You are cuddly and kind and people seem to be so in love with you. You are contagious. A shining light and everyone adores you.
We love you Cooper.

Has it really been 1 month already

Blake!
My little sweet froggy. I call you my froggy because your little legs are skinny, your little arms are skinny, but your sweet little tummy is all round and full.
You are so so precious.
Lets see...... Stats....
1 MONTH OLD
9 lbs 8 ozs
Just started getting acid reflux (YUCK)
Sleeps 3-5 hours straight at night. Depending on the night.
Breastfeeding exclusively but we are switching over slowly this month
You are happy as can be all the time. The only time you fuss is when your hungry or when you are hurting from your reflux.
You don't use your muscles much. You are like a little puddle but I'm not concerned. I'm sure you'll be up and at it before we know it.
You enjoy cuddling with mommy and daddy
You smiled at Grandma last week. This was the first real smile we've ever seen in response out of you. Since then you've smiled at me 4 or 5 different times. So sweet. You have two huge dimples when you smile. Your pediatrician said that he could eat cereal out of your dimples :) I'm excited to see you grow and to see if you keep those cutie dimples.
You sleep all the time. More than our friends babies and more than your cousin who is only 3 weeks older than you. Its funny, everyone comments on how sleepy you are. You just like to cuddle and sleep.
You have pretty good neck control. You enjoy eating, and your usually very even tempered once we get this acid reflux issue taken care of you should be happy much more often.
We are having so much fun enjoying you all the time. We love you to pieces sweet Blakely.
