Cooper's very first trip to the zoo

This weekend we went to the zoo for the very first time with Coop. He's still a little to young to really love the zoo. But we had an absolute blast either way. My parents, brothers, niece, and friends of our family and cousins of mine all went for my niece Natalie's birthday party. It started out a little chilly that morning but ended up being a much warmer day than we thought once the sun came out.
Cooper looked at the animals but I seriously doubt he cared at all about them. Maybe 6 months from now?
I took WAY to many pictures and of course I will share them with you. One of Cooper in his new Highchair that Grandma got him.
We had a great weekend. The Zoo Saturday, I posted some of our favorite animal shots, cake and dinner at my brothers Saturday night. Sunday church and dinner with my fam. I love to go home, I love to visit home (my parents). I hope Cooper always gets as excited to go to my parents as I do. We have so much fun.

Today my cousin took Cooper's 6 month pictures. We should get them back in the next week or two. I can't wait. There were so many good ones.

OK, here are our memories! So many great memories we are making.

Getting better

As most of you know, last weekend Cooper came down with the lovely cold that's going around. He is just now, today starting to really feel better. He's been smiling and playing and not coughing near as much.
My amazing mom came last Sunday to help out with Mr. Cooper. This week was a really bad week for me to miss work. However my little angel comes first of course. But luckily mom came and spent lots of great one on one time with Cooper. He LOVES his grandma. She was truly AMAZING! Not only did she take the best of the best care of my son, she daily did our laundry (I told her not to, she didn't listen), she cooked dinner and had it ready when the hubs and I got home. She was so wonderful to us in ways I can't even explain. I asked her to move in with us but she turned me down because I guess she has to get back to my dad. =)
Today I stayed home with my Coopy because I wanted him to be 100% before being around all the germs again. We had a great time today. He fell asleep on me this morning. He is such a cuddler. He just forms to me like silly puddy. I love holding him while he sleeps. I am noticing that Cooper is really starting to grow. He's not that tiny baby he once was.
My mom and I cleaned out his closet this week and put up some of his tiny baby clothes that were not put away the first time. Wow! They looked like doll clothes. He is truly growing up and its happening so fast. I am loving every tiny second of it!

She is my sweet niece Natalie and she brings light and happiness to this family at all times.

I gave her the nickname NATTY JO JO! Before she was even born.

Natalie is a perfect mixture of my older brother Matt and my sister in law Jamie. Smart and driven like her mommy, goofy and playful like her daddy. She has the facial structure of her daddy, the beautiful eyes of her mommy. She has spunk and personality. She is smart and funny, energetic and full of life.

She said to us last weekend when we saw her "Jueian (that's Julian), and Coopa!

She is so adorable and was so excited to see her "baby Coopa" and she read to him and was such a good big girl cousin. They will grow up together being best of friends and having fun.
She walked up to me when we got there last weekend and also said to me and Julian "Be Jeloues"! Something my honery brother taught her to be funny. Oh Matt you have created trouble, you and Natalie will be quite the pair. Jamie has her hands full that's for sure =)

Wednesday March 10th is NATALIE'S 2ND BIRTHDAY! I Hope that her day is wonderful and perfect and I hope she knows that we love her so very much.

Happy birthday sweet Natalie.

Here are a few pictures of Natalie throughout the last two years. Some with Julian and I. Some of just her. Some with other people. She is such a pretty girl and we are blessed to have her in our family.
