Thanks to everyone who left a comment on my picture poll.
I have an over abundance of pictures in our house. I think I've done a decent job of displaying them nicely throughout but I have noticed there are an awful lot.
That's why I asked the question. I like most of you, love all our pictures. But I was curious if others felt differently when entering my home.
I plan on doing a picture post. I want to show you what prompted me to post that post. Ultimately I know its our home and if we enjoy tons of pictures everywhere than its fine. But I was just very curious what all of you thought.

This has been a problem of mine as well. I see on all decorating sites to 'pick a few favs' but with 7 children and 8 grandkids, how do I pick who DOESN'T get the limelight? I did decide that I have too many LITTLE pix/frames around and got one of the large digital ones. I plan to get a few more and have them in several rooms; that way I can have TONS of pix going all the time. I think I have 600 digitals on this one frame! HA HA I will say, though; that your kiddos will LOVE it when they are older. My grown kids still walk around my house and look at all the pix of when they were little. And that's my problem. Even when I get new pictures of all the babies, I don't want to put away the old ones! I tell my husband I need a bigger house, just so I can have more furniture to sit things (i.e., pictures) on!!!
I left a comment on the pictures topic, but wanted to mention that this is the first time I have left a comment. I follow your blog; found from another blog I follow; and wanted to tell you that you have a beautiful family; your little ones are absolutely precious. I enjoy your 'baby' and 'kid' stories, as well as your house projects. I wish you guys were in my neighborhood! HA HA.

I struggle with this too...how much is TOO much!? I just love my pictures...but I don't want my house to look tacky!! Can't wait to see what you have come up with!!
